Questions we get asked
Do I need to unbox everything first?
No. Leave it exactly as delivered. We unbox, sort the hardware, build it and haul the packaging away.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
We'll tell you straight away and help you identify the part number so you can claim a replacement, then come back to finish once it lands.
Can you anchor it to the wall?
Yes, and we recommend it for anything tall. We anchor into studs wherever possible, which matters a lot if there are kids in the house.
